CANCELLATION POLICY

• If booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, then there is no cancellation fee

• Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date allows you to transfer your booking to another time period.

• Cancellation 14 to 2 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit

• CANCELLATION 24 HRS prior to arrival date (or no show) will produce loss of 100% of payment.
