Hamilton makes an ideal base for relaxed touring so you can explore the unspoilt beauty of the Upper Derwent Valley. From Hamilton you can branch out to the stark summit of Mount Wellington with its spectacular views 90 minutes drive to Mount Field National Park some 30 minutes away. A further 30 minutes takes you into the spectacular Styx Valley.
